Buyer / Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase materials, supplies, and services to meet production demands.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock.
• Enter and manage purchase orders; coordinate with suppliers on orders, shipments, and issue resolution.
• Analyze and convert MRP signals into purchase/production orders, adjusting for changes.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, pricing, and inventory data.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to prioritize material needs and resolve procurement issues.
• Assist with data entry and reporting for procurement and inventory activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory principles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
