Join our dynamic team as a Cable Technician and play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for delivering top-notch technical services. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of cable systems, including CAT5E, CAT6, and Fiber Optics. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the field. It involves working with low voltage systems and ensuring the effective operation of our clients' cable networks. We are looking for a problem solver, a team player, and a dedicated professional who is always ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair CAT5E, CAT6, Fiber Optics, and low voltage cable systems.
2. Conduct thorough inspections of cable lines to ensure they are working optimally.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cable systems, including signal problems, damaged cables, or other technical issues.
4. Provide consultation services to clients, advising them on the best cable systems to meet their needs and preferences.
5. Perform regular maintenance on cable systems to prevent future issues and ensure optimal performance.
6. Work closely with the rest of the team to develop and implement strategies for improving the quality of our cable services.
7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company standards and regulations at all times.
8. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing clients' queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of experience working with CAT5E, CAT6, Fiber Optics, and low voltage cable systems.
2. Proven track record of installing, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of cable systems.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
4. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
5. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
6. Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as independently.
7. High level of professionalism, with a commitment to upholding company standards and values.
8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Excellent physical condition, as the job may involve lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces.
10. Valid driver's license, as the job may involve traveling to different client locations.
11. CCTV would be a plus.
