CAD-CAM Manager ~ Memphis, TN ~ Relocation Assistance Available.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD-CAM technology, dental manufacturing, and team management.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the operations of the CAD-CAM department, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the productivity, quality, and efficiency of CAD-CAM operations.
3. Train, mentor, and supervise CAD-CAM team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CAD-CAM operations with overall manufacturing processes.
5. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
6. Manage and maintain CAD-CAM equipment, scheduling regular maintenance, and upgrades as needed.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in CAD-CAM technology and dental manufacturing, integrating them into our operations where applicable.
8. Resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the CAD-CAM process, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
9. Liaise with suppliers and vendors, maintaining strong professional relationships.
10. Implement cost-effective solutions to improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
~ Must have at least 2 years of experience in CADCAM designing fixed and Implant
~ CAD management experience in a medium to large size lab.
