We are an industry-leading manufacturing company in the dental industry, seeking a dynamic and experienced CAD/CAM Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

As a CAD/CAM Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Leading, managing, and training a team of dental technicians, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
2. Providing technical guidance and expertise in CAD/CAM technology, specifically in the use of 3Shape, Exocad, and/or Dental Wings software.
3. Overseeing the entire CAD/CAM process, from design to manufacturing, ensuring seamless operation and optimal results.
4. Collaborating with other departments to integrate CAD/CAM technology into our overall manufacturing process.
5. Identifying opportunities for improvement in our CAD/CAM processes and implementing strategic solutions.
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in CAD/CAM technology and integrating these advancements into our operations where applicable.
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the CAD/CAM Manager position will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CAD/CAM technology, preferably in the dental industry.
2. Proven experience managing and training a team of technicians.
3. Extensive knowledge of and experience with 3Shape, Exocad, and/or Dental Wings software.
4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
6. A strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical information.
8. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
