Responsibilities:

Work on liability management transactions.
Handle secured and unsecured debt financing.
Engage in special situations, distressed M&A, and debt restructuring.
Experience in exchange and consent offers, backstop arrangements, rights offerings, and exit financings.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of relevant experience in Capital Solutions and Special Situations.
Admission to practice in New York.
Excellent credentials.
