Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Cardiac Stroke Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with cardiac and stroke conditions. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry and EKG readings to assess patient condition and identify any changes or abnormalities
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by the physician
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with cardiac and stroke conditions
- Educate patients and their families on the importance of medication compliance, lifestyle modifications, and disease management
- Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor and maintain patient safety and comfort at all times
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in the development of policies and procedures related to cardiac and stroke care
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cardiac telemetry, telemetry, and EKG
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in cardiac and stroke care
