Job Details
1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a foreman/ carpenter or similar leadership role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience as a skilled carpenter with knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
3. Experience in retail construction projects is a plus.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively under pressure.
6. Good understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in a skilled trade (carpentry) or relevant field is a plus.
9. Physical stamina and dexterity; the ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
10. Must have a valid driver’s license.
11. Must being willing and able to travel!
