We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Case Manager to join our progressive Accounting + Finance team. This role is designed for a professional who is passionate about making a significant impact in the financial world and is able to utilize their expertise in re-entry and social services for the betterment of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive consulting services, managing cases, and delivering solutions that are effective and financially viable. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and offers a unique opportunity to take part in high-level strategic decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Case Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1. Providing strategic consulting services to clients in the Accounting + Finance industry, identifying their needs and challenges, and developing tailored solutions.
2. Managing a portfolio of cases, ensuring all clients receive high-quality service and support.
3. Coordinating and collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful execution of financial strategies and plans.
4. Utilizing your expertise in re-entry and social services to assist clients in overcoming barriers and achieving their financial goals.
5. Conducting thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in the Accounting + Finance industry, and utilizing this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.
8. Providing training and guidance to other team members, contributing to their professional development.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Consulting Case Manager position should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Accounting + Finance industry.
2. Proven experience in re-entry and social services, with a strong understanding of the challenges and solutions in these areas.
3. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.
4. Excellent case management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
5. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to understand and interpret complex financial data.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
7. High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to providing high-quality service to clients.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop effective solutions.
9. Proficiency in using various financial software and tools, with a strong understanding of the latest technology trends in the Accounting + Finance industry.
