We are seeking a diligent and experienced Permanent Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and overseeing the life cycle of various legal cases, predominantly in the area of personal injury law. This role will involve liaising with clients, coordinating with legal teams, and dealing with insurance and medical aid providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal industry, a passion for client service, and a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal industry, a passion for client service, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned cases, maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with legal teams, medical professionals, and insurance providers to ensure all aspects of a case are handled efficiently.
- Utilize knowledge of personal injury law to provide informed advice and guidance to clients and legal teams.
- Manage and update case files, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and reports, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Navigate complex insurance matters, including medicaid and Medi-Cal, to ensure clients receive the benefits they are entitled to.
- Attend court proceedings, when necessary, to provide support and assistance to legal teams and clients.
- Regularly review and assess case progress, identifying any potential issues or delays and implementing solutions as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a case management role within the legal industry.
- A strong understanding of personal injury law.
- Experience dealing with insurance matters, particularly in relation to Medicaid and Medi-Cal.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to maintain strong relationships with both clients and legal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficiency in the use of legal case management software.
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field would be advantageous.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
