The Case Manager is responsible for a full range of matters by providing assistance to the Firm’s attorneys

Managing pre-litigation files from start to finish
Provide superior customer service
Open Insurance claims (first party/UIM; third party)
Resolve property damage claims
Open Medical and Medicare claims
Requesting traffic collision reports
Schedule and calendar medical appointments
Explain procedures and related documentation to clients
Assist with lien negotiations
Continuously monitor case status, review medical records
Demand file preparation
Manage client’s medical care by keeping in constant communication with clients and medical providers


Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
At least (2) years' experience working in PI case management
