Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Support IT infrastructure and applications specific to casino gaming environments.
Collaborate with IT leadership on planning and executing gaming-related technology projects.
Maintain and troubleshoot slot, HHR, and table game back-end systems.
Perform regular updates, patches, and hardware maintenance.
Provide hands-on support for end-users, including helpdesk duties.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution for gaming systems.
Recommend improvements in system performance, efficiency, and usability.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and procedures.
Demonstrate expertise in systems such as TITO, player tracking, HHR, and slot platforms.
Support integrations across ticket redemption, POS, marketing, and player management systems.
Manage kiosk applications for promotions, ticket redemption, enrollment, and sports wagering.
Understand technologies for table games including progressives, signage, and electronic tables.
Work with vendor platforms such as Aristocrat, Everi, Exacta, Ainsworth, Interblock, and Light & Wonder.
Utilize infrastructure tools including Nutanix, VMware, Palo Alto, and Cisco IOS.
Uphold safety standards and participate in scheduled meetings and training.
Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor throughout the workday.
Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
Report irregularities or issues to management as needed.
Perform effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Remain compliant with all applicable regulatory and company standards.
Education & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a casino IT environment.
Experience with Class II or Class III gaming systems.
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license in applicable jurisdictions.
Must pass all required background checks.
