Job Details
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Category Manager or related role in the candy or confectionery industry.
Strong knowledge of specialty candy products and market trends.
Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and using relevant software/tools.
Creative and innovative thinking with a passion for confectionery products.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
