Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDL Class A Delivery Driver to join our food manufacturing company. a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in a timely and safe manner. You will be expected to operate a commercial vehicle and deliver products to various locations across the state of Florida. You must have a CDL drivers license and be familiar with DOT regulations. Responsibilities:
  • Operate a commercial vehicle to deliver products to customers across the country
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of products
  • Follow DOT regulations and safety regulations to ensure safe operation of the vehicle
  • Handle touch freight and ensure that products are delivered in good condition
  • Communicate with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure that all paperwork is completed in a timely manner
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle

Qualifications:
  • CDL drivers license (Required)
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Must be able to pass Background Test (Drug Test) (Marijuana) (Required immediately)
  • Must be over 21 years of age due to federal regulations
  • 0+ years of experience as a delivery driver
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety regulations
  • Ability to handle touch freight - delivering product to customers safely and timely.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and complete paperwork in a timely manner
  • Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
