Job Details

Our company is seeking an experienced CEO to lead our healthcare organization to new heights. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on hospital and behavioral health experience. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide leadership and direction to all departments, ensuring that all activities align with the company's mission and values
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, employees, physicians, and community leaders
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on hospital and behavioral health experience
  • Strong operational experience, including financial management, strategic planning, and process improvement
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex projects
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with a track record of achieving results
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Commitment to ethical behavior and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes
