As a Consulting Certified Behavior Technician (CBT), you will be playing a pivotal role in the healthcare industry. This is a full-time position, with a contract from ASAP to 6/17/25. Your shift will be from Monday to Friday, 3 hours a day from 11am to 2pm, totaling 15 billable hours a week. You will be working in the home with the student, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who may not be on site every day. The director will not be interviewing for this role and expects that all candidates are thoroughly vetted before they are submitted for consideration.

Responsibilities:
As a Consulting CBT, you will be responsible for implementing a student's behavior intervention plan as outlined by the BCBA. This includes but is not limited to:
- Providing direct behavior therapy to the student in a one-on-one setting
- Collecting and recording data on the student's progress and behavior
- Assisting the BCBA in modifying behavior intervention plans as necessary
- Communicating regularly with the BCBA and other team members about the student's progress
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Expectations:
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial for this role
- Flexibility is a must as the student's needs may change
- You must be able to hit the ground running, follow the student's plan, and work independently
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
- A CBT certification
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- A strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and make decisions based on the student's behavior plan
- A high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- The ability to pass a background check
