Responsibilities

Cultivate and retain client relationships by demonstrating expertise, inspiring confidence, and addressing ongoing client needs.
Lead client meetings at all phases of the wealth planning cycle, identifying complex issues and offering tailored solutions to achieve client goals.
Collaborate with the wealth advisor team to deliver comprehensive advice to high-net-worth clients, including customized investment portfolios and wealth management strategies.
Participate in developing new client relationships alongside strategic partners, while committing to continuing education and fostering team development at all levels. Train and mentor associates within the wealth advisory team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in financial planning, accounting, legal, or a related field. Series 65, CFP, or CFA required.
Proven wealth management expertise, including fee-based consulting, tax strategies, mutual funds, money manager programs, insurance, and financial planning.
Experience working with high-net-worth clients and mastery of financial planning software such as eMoney and MoneyGuide Pro.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills, with a strong track record of mentoring and developing talent.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
