We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the medical industry. As a CRT or RRT with an Arizona license, an associate's degree in RT, and NBRC certification, you will play a crucial role in providing respiratory care to patients in need. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience in RT, with certification for ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients with respiratory disorders and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and mechanical ventilation
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care and disease management
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care

Qualifications:

• CRT or RRT with an Arizona license required on hire
• Associates degree in RT required on hire
• NBRC certification required on hire
