We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the medical industry. As a CRT or RRT with an Arizona license, an associate's degree in RT, and NBRC certification, you will play a crucial role in providing respiratory care to patients in need. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience in RT, with certification for ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients with respiratory disorders and implement appropriate treatment plans
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and mechanical ventilation
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care and disease management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care
Qualifications:
- CRT or RRT with an Arizona license required on hire
- Associates degree in RT required on hire
- NBRC certification required on hire
- 2 years of work experience in RT
- Certification for ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
