Job Details


Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial patient assessments and develop comprehensive wound care plans
Provide expert wound care services and revise plans as patient status changes
Educate and train clinical staff to improve wound care quality
Collaborate with physicians and case managers on care plans and patient transitions
Mentor staff in current wound care treatments
Coordinate wound services for managed care patients

Qualifications
Current California Masters of Physical Therapy license
Board Certified Wound Care Specialist Certification
Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Board Certified Wound Care Specialist
BLS certification (required within 60 days of hire)
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Excel and Word
Current California driver's license and proof of auto insurance
