We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CFO for our Construction division. This executive role will have the responsibility of leading our financial team and driving the financial strategy of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction industry finance, a proven track record of strategic financial management, and a keen understanding of construction operations. Responsibilities:

As the CFO for our Construction division, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading the financial team and overseeing all financial operations of the company.
2. Developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's growth and profitability.
3. Preparing and presenting monthly financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to the company's board and stakeholders.
4. Ensuring accurate and timely financial management reporting, including P&L, cash flow, and revenue reports.
5. Managing the company's financial risk and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
6. Overseeing the management of company's ledgers and accounting systems.
7. Working closely with other senior executives to drive strategic initiatives and business decisions.
8. Providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers.
9. Implementing cost control measures and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the CFO-Construction position will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a CFO or similar executive-level financial position in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in managing financial operations, including monthly reporting, forecasting, financial management, ledger management, revenue, cash flow, and P&L.
3. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
5. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and standards in the construction industry.
8. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
9. The ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
