Job Details
Position Overview: Working as the right hand to the owner, the COO/CFO will have the responsibility of handling the firm's operational and financial supervision. This will include planning, strategy, policy, and leadership across departments.
Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting
- Accounting department oversight, month end close
- Maintenance and improvements to internal financial controls
- Account reconciliation
- Risk management
- Perform internal audits
- Set Annual / Monthly budgets and forecasts
- Support the following systems along with other management staff:
- -- Case intake & resolution
- -- Facilities and equipment
- Manage day to day operations of the office
- Directly manage office management staff
- Develop and manage firm KPIs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Law Firm experience
- ERP implementation experience
- KPI management
- Operational management
- Financial reporting
