Job Details

Position Overview: Working as the right hand to the owner, the COO/CFO will have the responsibility of handling the firm's operational and financial supervision. This will include planning, strategy, policy, and leadership across departments.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting
  • Accounting department oversight, month end close
  • Maintenance and improvements to internal financial controls
  • Account reconciliation
  • Risk management
  • Perform internal audits
  • Set Annual / Monthly budgets and forecasts
  • Support the following systems along with other management staff:
  • -- Case intake & resolution
  • -- Facilities and equipment
  • Manage day to day operations of the office
  • Directly manage office management staff
  • Develop and manage firm KPIs

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Law Firm experience
  • ERP implementation experience
  • KPI management
  • Operational management
  • Financial reporting
