Job Details

This role is located in Roseville, MN. It is posted nationally, with a relocation package offered. For this role to be a fit, you must be willing to relocate. Fully remote is not an option.

We’ve been exclusively engaged to identify the next CFO for the U.S. subsidiary.

The CFO serves as the senior financial leader for the U.S. business, providing strategic direction, fiscal oversight, and leadership across multiple business units. This executive partners closely with the U.S. Country Manager, studio heads, divisional leaders, and global colleagues, shaping business strategy, optimizing performance, and enabling sustainable growth in a complex, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead fiscal strategy and performance, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Partner with U.S. and global executives to drive strategy, growth, and decision-making
  • Oversee accounting, tax compliance, risk management, and internal controls
  • Direct treasury, banking, and cash flow management to strengthen liquidity and support growth
  • Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance team
  • Continuously improve financial policies, systems, and processes, including ERP and HFM
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the EMT/Board, offering practical, data-driven solutions
  • Represent the finance function externally with auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/advanced degree preferred)
  • CPA or equivalent, with a foundation in public accounting strongly preferred
  • 10–15+ years progressive financial leadership, including senior executive experience (CFO, VP Finance, etc.)
  • Background in global or subsidiary-level organizations; experience navigating complex matrix structures
  • Industry exposure in consumer products, distribution, or entertainment preferred
  • Strength in FP&A, cash flow management, and internal controls
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and drive change


Location: Twin Cities, Minnesota (3 days/week on-site; relocation available)
Compensation: Market competitive, including base, bonus, potential equity and relocation support
