We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CFO to join our team in the Healthcare industry. This role will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, auditing, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, including the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. They will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and driving our financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.
  • Manage the revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and reimbursement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Manage capital planning and investment to support the organization's growth and financial health.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of service line analysis, skilled nursing, surgical, and home health operations.
  • Work closely with other senior leaders to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Monitor and manage the organization's P&L, ensuring financial stability and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or CPA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience with healthcare accounting, revenue cycle management (rcm), hospital financial management, and reimbursement models.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with capital planning and investment, and pro-forma financial statements.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in the healthcare sector, including those related to not-for-profit organizations.
  • Strong strategic planning and financial forecasting skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and profitability.
