Job Details

As our CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, setting company-wide financial strategy, and guiding key strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing a financial strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.
2. Managing financial controls and accounting procedures.
3.Oversee cost accounting processes specific for production, including raw material analysis, yield management, overhead allocation, and waste reduction.
4. Ensuring full transparency over the financial performance of the company.
5. Providing advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.
6. Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner.
7. Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained.
8. Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.
9. Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments.
10. Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
11. Working closely with the executive team to share reports and analysis findings.

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 10 years of financial leadership experience, with a preference for experience in the manufacturing or materials processing industry.
2. Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role.
3. In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
4. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
5. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
6. Ability to strategize and solve problems.
7. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
8. Excellent communication and people skills.
9. An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
10. CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
