Job Details
An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and drive enterprise-wide growth within a complex, high-performing environment. This executive role is ideal for a strategic financial leader with a proven track record in billion-dollar organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-functional leadership including IT oversight.

- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee financial reporting processes including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Manage revenue performance and implement cost control initiatives
- Deliver in-depth financial analysis to inform executive decision-making
- Supervise financial accounting and technical accounting functions
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to enhance financial outcomes
- Optimize operational efficiency through cost management initiatives
- Direct M&A activities to support strategic expansion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and active CPA required
- Extensive experience as a CFO or similar financial executive in multi-entity and acquisition-heavy environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams managing high transaction volumes
- Experience overseeing IT departments and process automation
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive financial performance
- Expertise in revenue management, cost optimization, and financial analytics
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and supply chain finance
- Proven leadership in executing mergers and acquisitions
- Exceptional communication and organizational leadership skills
