We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO to join our executive team. This is a unique opportunity to bring your strategic vision to a respected and growing healthcare organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, including healthcare accounting, revenue, monthly reporting, and cash flow. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in a private practice setting.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent CFO, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and capital structuring.
2. Developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
3. Managing healthcare accounting procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
4. Overseeing revenue generation and managing cash flow to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company.
5. Providing monthly financial reporting to the Board of Directors, highlighting key financial indicators, trends, and forecasts.
6. Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
7. Collaborating with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding company policy and strategy.
8. Participating in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.
9. Ensuring all financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent CFO, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. An MBA or equivalent degree in Finance or related field.
2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the healthcare industry.
3. Proven experience in healthcare accounting, revenue management, monthly reporting, and cash flow management.
4. Strong understanding of private practice healthcare operations and financial management.
5. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information and complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
7. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.
8. Proficiency in financial software and databases.
9. A strong commitment to ethical business practices and integrity.
