Job Details

The Metal Finishing Operator is responsible daily production schedule and ensuring optimal quality for all work completed.

Hours: 1st shift 6am-230pm
Days: Monday-Friday

Job Requirements:
  • Experience with etching parts and chem film
  • Work closely with production staff to support process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain accountability for attendance, punctuality, and adherence to workplace standards.
  • Communicate quality concerns or operational issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Assist with in‑process inspections and documentation as required across operations.
  • Complete and maintain work documentation to support traceability and compliance.
  • Perform routine processing tasks within established procedures and work instructions.
  • Use standard inspection and measurement tools to verify product conformance.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to read basic sketches and blueprints and use standard inspection and measurement tools.
  • Detail‑oriented, dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong attendance habits.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision after training is completed.
  • Basic understanding of lean principles, efficiency methods, and continuous improvement concepts.
