Job Details
Scope of Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Review all work orders
- Supervise and issue work assignments to engineering staff
- Prepare weekly work schedules and determine daily staffing requirements
- Train, counsel, evaluate, and discipline staff under his direction
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules to protect company assets
- Negotiate maintenance contracts with outside vendors
- Verify and approve payroll information
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the engineering department
Qualifications:
- 4 year college degree or 5+ years of related work experience
- Supervisory/management/leadership experience
- Able to read blueprints
