Our AI-powered platform is designed to empower patients and help self-insured employers identify billing mistakes, reduce healthcare costs, and drive transparency.

Unlike other players in the space who focus on optimizing systems for providers and payers, our solution puts employers and employees first—addressing the massive waste and inaccuracy in billing that directly impacts their bottom line.

With over 35,000 self-insured employers and 70M+ employees in the U.S., the potential for impact and growth is significant. Our goal: close 650 sales by 2027 and drive a $350M+ exit.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic vision, product-market fit, and GTM execution
  • Personally lead early "hero" sales to self-funded SMBs
  • Assist with capital raising efforts, including a $15M Reg A+ round
  • Build out the leadership team across sales, product, AI, and operations
  • Foster partnerships with brokers, TPAs, and provider organizations
  • Represent the company externally, including with investors and the board
  • Oversee financial performance and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA)

Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
  • Raise $15M in capital
  • Launch product on-time and within budget with excellent market fit
  • Establish early customer success and reference accounts
  • Scale revenue and user adoption toward $300M+ valuation exit
  • Build a high-trust, high-performance culture across distributed teams

Ideal Background:
  • 5+ years as a senior leader in health tech or healthcare SaaS
  • Demonstrated success taking a product from 0 to market adoption
  • Experience selling to or working closely with self-insured employers and HR influencers
  • Proven ability to hire and lead technical, commercial, and operational teams
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare billing and reimbursement systems
  • Fundraising and board management experience
