You will work closely with the executive team and oversee a strong finance department, including a small group of line managers and an indirect team of approximately 15. Cost Accounting Expertise:
Provide leadership in standard costing, inventory valuation, margin analysis, and operational efficiency—particularly within manufacturing environments.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of direct finance managers, while providing indirect oversight and development for a broader finance/accounting team of ~15.
Banking & Capital Management:
Maintain and build strong relationships with financial institutions. Oversee cash management, credit facilities, and banking compliance.

Ensure proper financial controls, regulatory compliance, and timely audit readiness across all entities.

Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience; previous CFO or VP of Finance experience in a multi-entity environment preferred.
Strong understanding of cost accounting and financial operations within manufacturing.
Experience managing a mid-sized finance team and developing high-performing teams.
Proven track record of managing external banking relationships and capital strategy.
CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

Ideal Candidate Traits:
Detail-oriented, yet highly strategic
Comfortable navigating complexity across entities and markets
Capable of rolling up sleeves when necessary in a lean team environment
