We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. This is a full-time, permanent role that will oversee all financial activities, reporting on revenue, training accounting staff, budgeting, disbursing funds to departments, managing risk, implementing policies, and improving financial processes.

Responsibilities:

The CFO will be responsible for the following:

1. Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions.
2. Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts; conferring with President, COO and Board of Directors.
3. Study, analyze and report on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth.
4. Manage and monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry.
5. Ensure compliance with the regulatory bodies and perform internal audits and assist external auditors, ensuring that all SOX controls are in place and operating effectively.
6. Oversee and ensure effective internal controls, and compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
7. Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
8. Coordinate the development and monitoring of budgets.
9. Develop and manage relationships with banks, investors and financial institutions.
10. Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. An MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience would be considered a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO or equivalent role, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of success.
3. Extensive experience in executive leadership positions, with a focus on financial management and reporting.
4. In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
5. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
6. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
9. Previous experience in public accounting, preferably with Big 4.
10. Must have international finance and accounting experience, including knowledge of international tax issues.
11. Experience with SOX, Internal Controls, Executive Leadership, CFO experience, Big 4 or Public Accounting Experience, Account Manager, manufacturing, budgeting & forecasting, international accounting experience, international finance experience, IFRS, US GAAP, audit, and taxation.
