Job Details
We are seeking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a midsize energy corporation located in California. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing financial operations, working with investors, leading the accounting and finance operations, and providing financial strategic direction alongside the executive team. The candidate must have experience in the energy and/or solar industry and reside in California.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage relationships with investors and creditors to ensure financial stability and growth
- Supervise management staff, including accounting, finance, and operations teams
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to the company
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with company objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Experience in the energy and/or solar industry
- Must have worked for a company with at least $100MM in revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Ability to identify and mitigate financial risks
- Experience working with investors and creditors
