Job Details
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic CFO to join our Hospitality team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the financial strategy and operations of a multi-property hospitality group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial leadership within the hospitality sector, with a deep understanding of financial models, KPIs, and operational workflows specific to the industry. The CFO will play a crucial role in our team, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and ensuring alignment with seasonal trends and occupancy cycles. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex financial operations across multiple properties and brands.

As our CFO, you will be responsible for leading and managing the finance team, including accounting, purchasing, and internal audit functions. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends and occupancy cycles. You will also be responsible for the financial health of our franchised operations and hospitality assets.

You will also be responsible for the financial health of our franchised operations and hospitality assets.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Leading the finance team in developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's business objectives.
- Overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Managing relationships with lenders, investors, and financial institutions to secure capital raising, debt financing, or private equity.
- Implementing and managing ERP systems and property management systems to optimize financial operations.
- Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. A CPA is required.
- At least 5 years of financial leadership experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Deep understanding of hospitality financial models, KPIs, and operational workflows.
- Experience with ERP systems and property management systems.
- Multi-property or multi-brand group experience.
- Experience in capital raising, debt financing, or private equity.
- Proven experience managing the financial operations of franchised operations and hospitality assets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
