Job Details
Provide executive oversight for all nursing and respiratory therapy operations in a 40-bed inpatient rehab hospital (ADC ~35)
Lead, develop, and support a leadership team of nine direct reports, including Nurse Managers, Nurse Supervisors, Educator, and Infection Prevention
Partner closely with medical staff and executive leadership to drive quality, safety, and patient-centered care
Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, state, and rehabilitation nursing standards
Requirements
Active RN license with BSN required; Master’s degree required (field flexible)
CRRN required or willingness to obtain once eligibility is met
Minimum of 5 years of hospital experience, including 2+ years in nursing leadership (Director level or higher preferred)
Proven experience with staffing models, budgeting, and 24/7 nursing accountability
