Chief Officer of Home Healthcare Services
This is full-time senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
We are seeking someone with a strong home health clinical background as an RN, NP, or PT, in addition to demonstrated leadership experience within a home health setting.
In this position, you will assume responsibility for the oversight and administration of our entire home healthcare services program. This includes but is not limited to: administrating, planning, and constantly evaluating the parameters of the program’s clinical practice, operations, quality and safe delivery of services.
Quality and compliance are also important, and you will need to ensure the program is always within CMS guidelines, as well as maintaining relationships with federal/state touch points as well as business relationships with contracted providers.
