Job Details
The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the founders and leadership team, helping drive cross-functional initiatives with a strong emphasis on Sales and Marketing. This person will help align efforts, fill operational gaps, and ensure the right priorities are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced startup environments, is highly organized, and has experience working closely with founders and senior leaders in growth-stage CPG companies.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a right hand to the CEO and founders—translating vision into execution, particularly across Sales and Marketing initiatives.
Support sales enablement efforts, go-to-market planning, and performance tracking for retail, eComm, and DTC channels.
Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand and campaign alignment, streamline project timelines, and manage key deliverables.
Own special projects—everything from competitive analysis to pricing strategy to launch operations.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks; ensure follow-through on key initiatives and priorities.
Support internal communications, helping to cascade goals and updates across the organization.
Help create and manage KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools across key revenue functions.
Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
Who You Are
5–8 years of experience, ideally with a mix of early-stage/startup environments and larger CPG organizations.
Proven experience working closely with founders, executives, or as a Chief of Staff, BizOps lead, or high-level project manager.
Strong understanding of CPG go-to-market strategy—especially within supplements, health, or wellness categories.
Highly organized, operationally-minded, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Strong interpersonal skills—you’re a relationship-builder and a trusted advisor.
Data-driven thinker who can zoom in on the details and zoom out to the big picture.
You thrive in an environment where no two days look the same and "wearing many hats" isn’t just tolerated—it’s encouraged.
Bonus If You Have
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, retail sales data platforms (e.g., SPINS, NielsenIQ).
Prior experience supporting Sales/Marketing at a wellness or supplement brand.
Exposure to fundraising, board materials, or investor relations.
