Job Details

Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: North East Florida

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the operational backbone of the company, working hands-on with project teams to ensure execution excellence
  • Design and implement scalable systems, processes, and structure to support rapid growth
  • Partner closely with ownership and executive leadership to define strategic goals and growth milestones
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing operations leadership team from the ground up
  • Oversee daily operations across project delivery, field execution, safety, and administrative support
  • Champion a strong, collaborative culture rooted in accountability, initiative, and continuous improvement

Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction, ideally within entrepreneurial or high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to scale operational infrastructure while staying connected to frontline execution
  • Strong financial, strategic, and organizational planning skills
  • Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people and building culture
  • Track record of driving growth, operational efficiency, and profitability
