Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and establish our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures in a healthcare setting.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as healthcare/non-profit operations leader (FQHC etc)
- 2+ years of experience in a senior management position.
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, specifically a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or a community health center.
- Familiarity with the requirements of the Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
- Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
