Job Details
The COO is responsible for the overall administrative management and operation of the firm. Provides direction and leadership toward achievement of the firm's mission, strategy, and fiscal goals. Reporting to: President of the Company and the Board of Directors
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
■ Work directly with the firm's brokers to negotiate and manage the firm commercial insurance coverages, including the employee benefit plans.
■ Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the legal industry.
■ Ensure that the Board of Directors is kept fully Informed on the condition of the firm and critical factors influencing it.
■ Responsible for support of all activities associated with the Board of Directors, including meeting schedules, locations, development of agenda, and meeting materials.
■ Provides leadership to the Administrative Team In the development and implementation of the Strategic Plan, firm policies, and other activities.
■ Firm vendor management and compliance.
The Firm is Seeking:
■ 10+ years of Executive-Level management experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
