Financial Management:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and interpretation.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize profitability.
- Partner with the Managing Partner to set financial goals and track performance metrics.
Marketing and Business Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to build brand awareness and generate new client leads.
- Oversee marketing initiatives, including website and social media management, advertising, and client outreach programs.
- Identify and implement strategies for client retention and growth.
Client Satisfaction:
- Develop and implement a client satisfaction program to measure and improve client experience.
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure timely communication.
- Lead efforts to build strong client relationships and foster loyalty.
Operations and Technology:
- Implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage technology infrastructure and ensure efficient utilization of legal practice management software.
- Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ideal candidate would have 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a similar professional services firm.
- Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience with legal services marketing a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing initiatives.
- Client-centric approach with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Tech savvy with Microsoft Office Suite and other software, such as QuickBooks.
