Job Details

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Partner with the Managing Partner to set financial goals and track performance metrics.

Marketing and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to build brand awareness and generate new client leads.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, including website and social media management, advertising, and client outreach programs.
  • Identify and implement strategies for client retention and growth.

Client Satisfaction:
  • Develop and implement a client satisfaction program to measure and improve client experience.
  • Proactively address client concerns and ensure timely communication.
  • Lead efforts to build strong client relationships and foster loyalty.

Operations and Technology:
  • Implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage technology infrastructure and ensure efficient utilization of legal practice management software.
  • Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Ideal candidate would have 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a similar professional services firm.
  • Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience with legal services marketing a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing initiatives.
  • Client-centric approach with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Tech savvy with Microsoft Office Suite and other software, such as QuickBooks.
