Skilled PCB inspector will:

• Responsible for the in-process and final inspection of printed circuit boards according to the quality, performance, and acceptance criteria defined by IPC-6012 and IPC-A-600 standards, and, according to fabrication prints and documents.
• Document inspection and test results in reports such as First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Measures thickness and dimensions of plating on PCB panels to verify that plating meets specifications, using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, rulers, eye loupes, and electronic measuring devices
• Accept or reject material and identify and document anomalies and non-conformances.
• Create and maintain inspection records utilizing many different electronic information systems.

Qualifications:

• 3+ yrs. working in the PCB industry.
• Proficient working with assembly blueprints, bills of materials, circuit cam documentation or equivalent etc.
• Proficient working with inspection tools: microscope, magnifier, caliper, micrometer
