*This is a Senior role that will work under limited direction from the company partners and will direct the work and efforts of the engineering design teams.

Job Details

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5-10+ years of experience in site design, land development, permitting, or disciplines related to civil engineering
  • BS or MS Civil Engineering, PE or ability to obtain
  • AutoCad Civil 3D knowledge
  • Private development experience a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Project time management, assisting /guiding junior engineers and designers and coordination with planning and surveying departments.
  • All aspects of civil engineering design, including:
  • Commercial, residential, retail & industrial site design, including stand-alone sites, single & multi-family subdivisions, residential & commercial
  • Storm and sanitary design, stormwater management, and water quality design; sanitary pump station, and force main design
  • Roadway and parking lot design
  • Construction cost estimates
  • Understanding and application of development codes and regulations, project permitting and agency coordination
  • Client coordination and business development
