Job Details

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 0-4+ years of experience in land development, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, EIT or pursuing completion of FE exam
  • AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Civil engineering designs, technical calculations & reports, construction documents, specifications, entitlement documents, & permit applications for residential subdivisions, commercial & industrial developments, multifamily developments, and other private land development projects
  • Designs related to water systems, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and roadway improvements
  • Site analysis, material and code research
  • Assists with AutoCad Civil 3D drawings for schematic, design development, and construction documents
