Job Details
- Lead civil site design from due diligence through construction documents, including grading, drainage, stormwater, roadway, and utility layouts
- Prepare engineering calculations and reports for hydrology, HGL, detention and retention, water and sewer, pavement sections, and earthwork quantities
- Produce plan sets in AutoCAD Civil 3D with surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, pipe networks, details, and opinion of probable cost
- Coordinate permitting with local and state agencies, assemble applications, draft SWPPP and erosion and sediment control plans, and respond to review comments
- Support construction with submittal reviews, RFIs, site observations, and as built documentation to uphold design intent and quality
