A bit about us:
We are a Pacific Northwest-based heavy civil contractor with deep roots in bridge construction and complex infrastructure delivery. Headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, our team has built a reputation for tackling some of the region’s most demanding public works projects—where precision, safety, and accountability are non-negotiable.
Our legacy is built on decades of field-proven experience, a commitment to low-bid public procurement, and a deep understanding of the regulatory and logistical challenges that come with working in active transportation corridors. From managing traffic on I-5 to coordinating with the Army Corps of Engineers, we bring a level of operational fluency that sets us apart.
We don’t just bid work—we build relationships. Our crews, estimators, and project leaders are known for their hands-on expertise, long-term agency partnerships, and unwavering focus on execution. We leverage tools like HCSS HeavyBid to ensure every estimate is grounded in historical performance and real-world constructability.
As we grow, we’re investing in the next generation of civil leaders—people who want to shape the future of infrastructure in the Northwest. For those ready to lead, this is more than a job. It’s a platform.
