Job Details
We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to take the lead on pricing and bid strategy for a range of civil infrastructure projects. If you're detail-driven, thrive in a collaborative environment, and enjoy shaping projects from the ground up, this role could be a great fit.

- Breaking down project documents to build clear, accurate cost estimates
- Working closely with engineers and project managers to develop competitive proposals
- Managing outreach to subcontractors and vendors during bid prep
- Leveraging tools like HCSS HeavyBid and Bluebeam to improve efficiency
- Ensuring smooth transitions from estimating to project execution
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience estimating civil work (utilities, grading, concrete, etc.)
- Experience in civil and/or drainageway construction
- Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid; familiarity with HeavyJob is a plus
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Excellent analytical thinking and clear communication
