Job Details
We are seeking a seasoned litigation attorney with a strong background in civil matters to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complex civil litigation cases from inception through resolution
Represent clients in matters involving:
Premises liability
Sexual abuse claims
Product liability
Other tort-related disputes
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials
Collaborate with internal teams and external experts
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience
Active license to practice law in Washington State
Proven track record in handling sensitive and high-stakes cases
Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
