We need an organized, motivated, self-starter person to take ownership of their role and cases with confidence to do what needs to be done for us all to succeed. We are the opposite of micromanagers, and we are looking for a rockstar to join our team with confidence to manage their caseload to do what needs to be done to bring our clients success.

The right person will be licensed by the Oklahoma State Bar and be in good standing for no less than 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare demand letters and negotiate with insurance adjusters
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Prepare and respond to discovery
• Prepare clients for and defend depositions
• Take depositions of defendants and witnesses
• Mediate cases and prepare for trial with the help of the senior attorneys as needed
• Have excellent verbal and written communication with clients, court officials, opposing counsels and others
