The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in litigation, a strong work ethic, and a passion for advocacy. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, handling all aspects of litigation, and working closely with senior attorneys on complex matters.

You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, handling all aspects of litigation, and working closely with senior attorneys on complex matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and litigate a variety of cases, including commercial, civil, and corporate disputes
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
- Engage in client communications and strategy development
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case preparation and legal strategies
- Negotiate settlements and attend mediation sessions when necessary
- Stay current with developments in litigation and legal trends
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership in PA
- 5-10 years of litigation (insurance defense/workers' compensation) experience in a law firm or equivalent setting
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in discovery, motions, and trial preparation is preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
