Civil Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will have a background in Civil Litigation and will be responsible for handling bad faith cases from start to finish. **Schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
**Average monthly billable requirement: 165 hours/month; billing bonus program as well

Must have the following skills:
All aspects of discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery, meet and confer with opposing counsel, drafting and arguing motions
Strong research and writing skills
Self disciplined and can work well independently
Clear communicator
Ability to set internal deadlines and follow them
Preferred experience:
Representing employees and plaintiffs in employment litigation
Business transactions
