Civil Litigation Attorney

Jobot is actively recruiting for an experienced civil litigation attorney to join our client's firm in Newport Beach. The opportunity is with a national firm with several offices across southern California and has remote work flexibility.

Our client is seeking an attorney with experience in general litigation, premises liability, professional liability, securities or employment law. Other practice areas across the firm include insurance defense, appellate law, healthcare and intellectual property among many others. Interested attorneys should have significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice and be comfortable handling all stages of litigation. We are seeking career driven individuals with exceptional interpersonal and legal writing skills for a role that requires complex problem solving.

Candidates should be comfortable with attending legal proceedings, performing research and consulting with partners to provide legal advice. Organization and communication are cornerstones of this position in order to maintain an efficient process with clients, paralegals and senior attorneys.
